Unfortunately the workshop hotel, The Commons Hotel, is currently sold out. There are two other lodging options that are relatively close.

  1. The Days Hotel. This is the second closest option to the workshop location.
    • Days Hotel, 2407 University Ave SE, MN 55414. Phone: 612-623-3999.
    • To receive the discounted rate you must call the hotel and ask for the UMN rate. Reservations made online cannot receive the discounted rate.
  2. Courtyard Marriott. This hotel is just across the river on the West Bank of campus. It's just short of a mile walk to the workshop location, and the hotel also has a shuttle.

    • This hotel sometimes offers a discounted University rate. If you send along your confirmation number, the workshop organizers can ask them to apply the discounted rate to your reservation.
